We are seeking a talented Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. You will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company, ensuring compliance, and driving profitability.

Description

The Finance Manager will have a wide range of duties including:

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Maintain the financial health of the organisation.
Develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of the organisation.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
Oversee a small team of 3 in finance, overseeing all the day to day transactional duties of the team.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Profile

A successful 'Finance Manager' should have:

A Professional qualification such as ACCA/CIMA/ACA
Experience of managing a small finance team
Proficiency in the use of financial management software.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
