Haines Watts are looking for a skilled, passionate Accountant to join our small Group Services team operating out of Milton Park, Abingdon.
Working hours: 21 hours per week
Location: Remote

Whats the Role:
Managing the financial operations and administrative duties generally
Liaising with third party providers of services and supplies to the Group regarding their charges in accordance with contracts, agreeing requirements with offices, processing the purchase invoices, supervising the production of our sales invoices and reconciling recharges with purchases.
Processing of payments and direct debit collections via online banking software
Ensuring the integrity of the accounting records by monthly reconciliations, preparation of management accounts
Collating information from around the group for various purposes and compiling statistics and reports
Liaising with Group insurers
Developing good relationships with partners, internal accountants and administrators based in our practices around the UK and the Group Services team.
Qualifications:
AAT, ACA or ACCA qualified, or currently studying towards one of these qualifications
