Pay: 85 - 90 per day
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in a primary school setting? We are looking for a dedicated (Midday Supervisor Assistant) MDSA Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive school in Wantage, Oxfordshire, focusing on Key Stage 2 students in the afternoons.
As an MDSA Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support KS2 pupils with their learning and development in the classroom.
- Supervise and engage with children during lunchtime, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
- Assist in small group interventions and one-to-one support for students who need additional help.
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and structured afternoon activities.
- Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and teamwork among pupils.
