Operations Administrator

£27,000 - £29,000

Location: Rural Wantage - must be a car driver as will work at various sites

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Own transport required due to location

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling general office tasks (answering calls, scheduling, printing, emails)
  • Managing front-of-house services, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Supporting operations with order processing, transport organisation & warehouse communication
  • Assisting in resource planning, staff training, and project coordination
  • Writing, reviewing, and implementing company procedures & policies
  • Ensuring administrative systems are organised, efficient, and up to date
  • Supporting compliance projects (ISO accreditation)
  • Working closely with the General Manager to drive business improvements

Who We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised, adaptable, and commercially minded
  • A proactive problem solver who loves streamlining processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in administration, office management, or operations support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering excellent client service
