The KitchenWith a strong and dedicated management team, the kitchen produces award-winning food in a great, supportive and relaxed working environment where everyone can show their skills and ideas on the plate. The Head Chef will have the freedom of producing their own dishes and menus as well as enjoying themselves in the kitchen with its great working environment. The brigade consists of 4 dedicated chefs, who will support the Head Chef in his/ her role.
The BusinessThis is a privately owned business that has many loyal customers, both locally and nation-wide. The relaxed rustic Village Inn prides itself on great hospitality and, of course, amazing fresh food.
The PositionThe Head Chef Position comes with a great salary, which comes with the massive advantage of great tips as well. Your main responsibilities will be to successfully manage the kitchen operation, working with the owners in developing fresh new menu ideas in keeping with the modern British/Traditional English style using fresh produce from local suppliers. Our client would prefer someone, who is keen to progress in their career with a strong background in fresh food.
