Sous Chef base in the Hertfordshire area

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for a busy country pub in the Hertfordshire area. The ideal candidate will have gained good experience of working in a commercial kitchen assisting, preparing and presenting a wide range of food. You will be a competent all-rounder Sous Chef, and showing you are able to cover all sections.

• You will be welcoming and approachable• Excellent experience in a commercial kitchen establishment• Has a strong passion for food and enjoys creating imaginative dishes• Pride in their work, serving food to the highest of standards with well thought out and excellent presentation.•You will have a welcoming, calm and friendly attitude to working and puts the needs of the business first

You will be working closely with the food and beverage team to enhance product knowledge and customer experience
