International Sales Manager – Retail Products

Hertfordshire based on site with Global travel

£50,000pa plus Sales Bonus

We are excited to be working with a global leisure and sports brand that is looking for a motivated and results-driven International Sales Manager to join their team and continue driving business success.

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for sports products and a track record of international success? In this role, you'll manage and expand the customer portfolio across the UK and Worldwide, drive sales, and ensure the brand continues to grow in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management:
  • Develop and grow the brand's presence in the UK and international markets, focusing on expanding sales with existing retailers and distributors.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach key accounts, prioritising growth opportunities and managing time efficiently to maximise results.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Strengthen relationships with retail partners to enhance visibility, promotions, and brand awareness.
  • Product Launches:
  • Plan and execute product launches, driving new business and market expansion.
  • Retailer Relationships:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring clear communication and addressing their needs.
  • Sales Performance:
  • Analyse and report on sales performance, providing insights and making recommendations for growth.
  • Market Feedback:
  • Leverage your market knowledge to offer pricing, margins, and product positioning feedback, ensuring the brand remains competitive worldwide.
Experience Required:
  • Proven success in an account management or sales role, ideally in the retail or sports industry.
  • Experience with event organisation, product launches, and promotions.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and international territories.
