Laboratory Sample Compounder

To be part of Sample team to ensure high level of productivity and to match work load to customer guidelines
To ensure compounds are produced in both an accurate and in a timely manner. A high priority on customer focus with an effective level of internal communication and drive to customer's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Compounder Role

• • To perform in line with site vision and philosophy
  • To manufacture sample batches in an accurate, safe, tidy and timely manner
  • To replenish stocks/supplies when required
  • To take a role in continuous improvement of processes
  • Support team members in below tasks
  • Accurate manufacture of Sample orders via Computer system
  • Adhering to sample manufacturing plan
  • Adopt a clean as you go approach

• • Supplying information to sample lab manager
  • Flexible to customer change/manufacturing requirement
  • Customer satisfaction, by ensuring internal customers are kept fully up to date with timely and accurate information
  • Liaising/coordinating with other functions

• Responsible for the maintenance and updating of :

• Accurate manufacture data in computer system
• Internal processes for individual customers requirements i.e. spreadsheets, sample needs
• Individual booth/robot/kardex stocks when requested

Requirements:
Minimum

1. Accurate and well organised individual
2. Experience of working in a fast paced environment
3. An individual with a flexible approach
4. Ability to work on own initiative
5. Ability to react positively to tight deadlines
6. Good accurate computer skills.
7. Minimum of 1 year in a production / lab background dealing with chemicals or similar
8. Driving license

24,000 - 25,000 + Overtime

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

20 days holiday + bank holidays

Flextime sickness (Equivalent to 4 days a year)
