- Property litigation (residential and commercial).
- Contentious probate and contract disputes.
- Debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord/tenant matters.
- Representing both individuals and corporate clients on claimant and defendant matters.
- Actively contributing to the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives.
- Handling your own caseload while benefiting from supervision and mentoring.
- Be a qualified Solicitor or FILEX with at least 2 years’ PQE in Property Litigation.
- Be confident in managing a varied caseload independently.
- Have excellent client care and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to business development.
- Hold a clean driver’s license and be comfortable commuting to client meetings when required.
