This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established law firm in Hertfordshire, handling a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.About the Role You’ll be part of a dynamic Dispute Resolution team, managing cases across a broad spectrum of disputes, including:
  • Property litigation (residential and commercial).
  • Contentious probate and contract disputes.
  • Debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord/tenant matters.
The role includes:
  • Representing both individuals and corporate clients on claimant and defendant matters.
  • Actively contributing to the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Handling your own caseload while benefiting from supervision and mentoring.
About You The ideal candidate will:
  • Be a qualified Solicitor or FILEX with at least 2 years’ PQE in Property Litigation.
  • Be confident in managing a varied caseload independently.
  • Have excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to business development.
  • Hold a clean driver’s license and be comfortable commuting to client meetings when required.
