SOLE PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - 25 -27 hours per week (hybrid and flexible)
Our client based in Ware (Hertfordshire) is looking for a Part time Payroll Administrator (Sole Charge) to join their established and stable business on a permanent basis.
The role will involve being responsible for all aspects of the payroll system ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Inland Revenue, Customs and other external agencies. To prepare and maintain employee records and related returns/reports, including Contracts of employment.

The main duties will be:
- Preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly payrolls for the group.
- Weekly employees & 60 Monthly employee
- Maintenance of employee data.
- Collation and input of employee weekly/monthly data (attendance, sickness and absence).
- Preparation and submission of monthly and annual data, and payments, to the Inland Revenue (PAYE/NI)
- Calculation and submission of employee benefit information (P11D)
- Pension scheme and employee benefit administration.
- Maintenance of employee records, and issuing of Contracts of Employment.
- Calculation and submission of the VAT and Intrastat returns for the group.
- Administration of Company insurances (other than motor).
- Analysis of export invoices.
- Construction Industry Scheme monthly returns
- Preparing periodic reconciliations of the above for review and audit purposes.
