TradeField Recruitment is a fast-growing trade and construction recruitment specialist based in Ware, Hertfordshire. We are establishing ourselves as a fresh new option for companies to scale their internal and external staffing options.
To be successful in recruitment, you need to be driven, motivated and reliable and the financial rewards will follow!
Full training will be provided and you will have the opportunity to earn commission immediately! The realistic earning potential (OTE) in your first year is 30,000, with the second year (OTE) 40,000 and the third year 60,000 (OTE).
Your role as a recruitment resourcer will be to interact with job applicants, assess candidate suitability and ensure that TradeField clients are receiving a first-in-class delivery service.
This job is only suitable for those who drive or can commute to Ware, we are just off of the A10!
