**What You Will Do:**

- Support day-to-day Trials activities, fostering user and customer relationships to provide technical support across various UK locations.

- Conduct Level 2 maintenance on weapon systems, including pre, post, and on-condition maintenance, with training provided for new systems.

- Undertake inspections on weapon systems, determining their suitability for firing activities.

- Resolve technical queries and manage the processing of Line Replacement Units, ensuring equipment meets the highest standards.

- Participate in retrofit, modification, and conversion programmes, providing technical support and training where necessary.

- Assist with 'off-site' maintenance activities for platforms and provide support to Trials facilities, Units on Exercises, and Firing Camps.

**What You Will Bring:**

- A formal qualification in Armourer background with experience on heavy weapons.

- Instructor/Teaching qualification, with a preference for those holding a Level 3 qualification in weapon Armoury or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience within the MOD or Military (REME), with CR2 expertise highly desirable.

- A tracked vehicle licence (H Licence) and IOSH working safely accreditation are advantageous.

- The ability to work with minimal supervision, excellent communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
