Description

    • Booking consultations
    • Dealing with appointment request forms from referring vets-
    • Ensuring all information is correctly registered on the system-
    • Contacting owners to book the consultations
    • Sending clients and referring vets confirmation emails and information packs
    • Checking histories are in place prior to appointments (including all test results)
    • Ensuring referring vet is updated regarding appointments for their clients
    • Dealing with all enquiries via phone-calls/e-mails from owners and veterinary surgeons in a timely manner
    • Filtering advice requests for the clinicians
    • Manage the enquiries email inbox, ensure all information, results etc is registered and passed on to the relevant clinician in a timely manner.
    • Updating spreadsheets and keeping accurate records

- Must be a driver due to rural location- IT Literate- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills- Strong administration skills- Good attention to detail- A strong team player- Confident and friendly personality
