Chef

• Working straight shifts between 6am - 7.30pm
• Part time hours available (to include weekends and occasional evenings)
• Free parking

As a Chef, you will support all areas of food production and cleaning in the kitchen. You will work at part of a small team under the guidance of the Head Chef and be responsible for the preparation of fresh ingredients for breakfast, lunch and early dinner.

Role - Chef

As Chef you will:

• Prepare and cook a fresh food menu
• Monitor stock levels and contribute towards the ordering process
• Work efficiently to ensure low levels of waste
• Carry out cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards
• Close down kitchen each day including preparation for the following day
