Description
- Oversee and manage comprehensive audit processes
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of junior auditors
- Experience of managing audits across Owner Managed Businesses.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Continuously improve audit methodologies and practices
- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management
- Participate in business development initiatives
Profile
A successful Audit Senior should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA)
- Proficiency in audit software and databases
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High integrity and professionalism
