- Maximise collection of debt, using telephone, email, debt letters and customer visits where appropriate.
- Monthly ledger reviews with Credit Team Leader to review performance and overdue debts
- Supporting the allocation of cash when requested
- Processing of new credit applications
- Manage and maintain accurate customer recordsÂ
- Knowledge of Credit Control accounting processes and procedures
- Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative without supervision
- Work well within a team and a team player
- A good communicator with solid negotiation skills.
