Description
The Role - Management AccountantReporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will be responsible for a range of key financial activities, including but not limited to:
- Preparation of management accounts with detailed commentary
- Completion of all balance sheet reconciliations
- Creation of weekly sales forecasts and flash reports
- Posting of all month-end journals
- Preparation of board packs for initial review
- Management of all inter company reconciliations
- Handling of VAT submissions
- Addressing fleet-related queries
Profile
The Requirements
- Part Qualified and actively studying towards CIMA/ACCA qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in producing a full set of management accounts with analysis
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing business environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, including excel.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
