Job Purpose: To provide administrative support for the efficient delivery of our Strategic Programmes. This role involves managing documents, handling purchase orders, maintaining meeting records, and producing programme materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide project administration support for projects within the Strategic Programmes portfolio.
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all actions, risks, and issues are captured and reported appropriately.
  • Coordinate with team members frequently for updates on work in progress.
  • Compile meeting and briefing documentation such as agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing packs.
  • Manage programme documentation using SharePoint.
  • Raise and track purchase orders, contributing to financial reporting.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Highly competent in using MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good understanding and experience of day-to-day project management principles.
  • Essential planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience dealing with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
