Your Role:
- Create tasks on the tasking system in line with all of the contractual requirements
- Ensure equipment is correctly assigned to subjects
- Liaise with field monitoring officers in relation to equipment management, requirements or issues
- Liaise with field agents for leave and absence information, entering any changes into the system
- Support internal and external customers to maintain high standards of performance
- Liaise with suppliers and agencies where required
- Support Field Monitoring Officer queries
- Process any risk exception reports
- Liaise with Operational Support Officers when required
- Assist with telephone calls when required
- Provide a full and effective handover at the end of shift
What You Bring:
- No prior experience needed - we'll provide all the training you need!
- BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
- DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent standard of verbal English
- Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Assignment Details:
- Working Shift Pattern: 5 days a week over 7 days on a rota. Shifts will be 09:30-18:00/16:30-01:00. Shifts are issued on a fair rota system and are unable to be chosen or selected by preference. Each shift is 8 hours long.
- Hybrid Working Pattern: Successful candidates will be expected to work on site in Warrington full time for 4-6 weeks upon commencing their assignment. Following sign off after this time, candidates will move to a 40/60 Hybrid model
- Training Information: Training will be a 2 week course, on site and in person
