The Role

As a Graduate Trainee Financial Planning Administrator, you will:

  • Prepare annual review packs for client meetings.
  • Process new business applications and handle fund switches.
  • Liaise with providers and clients to schedule meetings and manage inquiries.
  • Take inbound calls and provide outstanding administrative support.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.
