This highly regarded firm specialises in providing tailored financial planning solutions for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Trainee Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team and build a successful career in financial planning.

As a Graduate Trainee Financial Planning Administrator, you will:

• Prepare annual review packs for client meetings.
• Process new business applications and handle fund switches.
• Liaise with providers and clients to schedule meetings and manage inquiries.
• Take inbound calls and provide outstanding administrative support.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

The company will provide full training and support in all aspects of the role, making this a fantastic entry point into the financial services sector.

• Comprehensive Training: Gain confidence and skills with full training provided on all aspects of the role.
• Career Development: Progress into Paraplanning or even become a Financial Planner, with opportunities for growth as the firm expands. The company anticipates needing an additional Financial Planner within 3-5 years.

• Flexible Working: Following training, enjoy hybrid working with up to 2 days per week from home.

• Education: A degree, ideally with an interest in financial services.
• Experience: Previous administrative experience in any sector is desirable.

• Transport: Due to the location of the offices, candidates must have the ability to commute without public transport.

• Salary: £18,000 - £26,000, based on experience.
