Job Overview:As a Graduate Trainee Insolvency Administrator, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of insolvency processes while working closely with experienced professionals. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with an interest in accountancy, finance, or business who is looking to build a long-term career in the insolvency industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the administration of insolvency cases, including Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Administrations, and Bankruptcy proceedings.

Preparing reports, letters, and statutory documentation in line with insolvency regulations.

Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and provide updates.

Investigating company affairs, reviewing financial statements, and identifying potential asset recoveries.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.

Providing general administrative support to the insolvency team.

Attending meetings and assisting in the preparation of reports for clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or a related field (or equivalent qualifications/experience).

Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

A proactive and professional approach with a willingness to learn.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
