Job Overview:As a Graduate Trainee Insolvency Administrator, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of insolvency processes while working closely with experienced professionals. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with an interest in accountancy, finance, or business who is looking to build a long-term career in the insolvency industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the administration of insolvency cases, including Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Administrations, and Bankruptcy proceedings.

  • Preparing reports, letters, and statutory documentation in line with insolvency regulations.

  • Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and provide updates.

  • Investigating company affairs, reviewing financial statements, and identifying potential asset recoveries.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.

  • Providing general administrative support to the insolvency team.

  • Attending meetings and assisting in the preparation of reports for clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or a related field (or equivalent qualifications/experience).

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • A proactive and professional approach with a willingness to learn.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Prior experience in an office environment or finance-related role (desirable but not essential).
