My client, a market leader in their field, are currently looking for an organised and driven Service Administrator to join their busy Warrington team. They are recruiting on a full-time, permanent basis and are based in Westbrook, Warrington.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer requests are processed quickly and efficiently, from start to finish. They will ensure that service and maintenance requests are actioned in accordance with company policy and customer specification.

Benefits:

  • Salary - £24,000 to £25,000 per annum
  • Working Hours – 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday (60-minute lunch), 8am to 4pm Friday (30-minute lunch)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Process customer requests quickly and efficiently
  • Scheduling engineer visits when necessary, advising on the type of visit and detailing the customer request
  • Prepare estimates and quotations to customer specification, ensuring a high-level of accuracy at all times
  • Update customer portals advising of job updates and timescales
  • Ordering of stock and supplier purchase orders
  • Uploading invoices to customer portals

Specification:

  • Previous experience within a similar role, Works Scheduling/Project Administration/Service Administration would be desirable
  • Previous experience within a busy office environment
  • Previous experience using MS Office
  • A good, clear communicator, both written and verbal
