Paid media Lead
My client is looking for a Paid Media lead to join their team. They are looking for someone who will be solely responsible for their strategy planning and execution of all their paid media campaigns across all platforms. This role will involve end to end ownership of their Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, structuring both from the bottom up, whilst driving forward other performance channels (display, native)
Whilst youll have a comprehensive knowledge of the technical side of Paid search and Meta ads - involving account set up from the very onset, they're looking for an individual to bring their expertise to drive performance, grow traffic, and optimise conversions across multiple channels. Youll also have a detailed understanding of ecommerce customer acquisition. Through a best in class paid media strategy you can drive and optimise audience opportunities, at the most efficient rate, driving high growth at a healthy CAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver paid media activity across a range of campaign types including Search, Performance Max, alongside Meta campaigns.
Strategy planning and execution for all paid media campaigns, expanding in to international territories.
Responsible for taking full ownership of your ad spend, revenue, CAC, and CPA/ROAS targets; ensure online marketing efforts drive the highest ROI within outlined budgets.
Maintain and monitor all key account metrics, including but not limited to: keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps and impression share.
Hands-on approach to paid search and meta accounts, from configuring to managing and optimising your campaigns / ad sets / ads / asset group experiments.
Keyword, feed and placement optimisation, utilising data-led decision making as well as appropriate testing techniques (e.g. A/B or multivariate testing).
In tangent with the Head of Trading, closely monitor competitor activities, taking informed actions based on detailed analysis of the market share.
Working in tangent with the Head of Trading to drive strong profitable growth across all global accounts, at the most efficient CAC.
Working alongside the Marketing Manager and creative team, summarising performance data to inform optimal creative/UGC across paid channels.
Working alongside the Ecommerce Executive to implement trade led offers across paid channels, for both BAU and key campaign periods.
