Security Design Engineer
Joining the 'Asset Inteligence' business which is part of a large Group well known within the Construction industry.
- Lead site visits with assistance from the Head of Design and act as main point of contact, for any sub-contract designer
- Check sub-contractors price and specifications for competency, accurace, quality & cost
- Ensure designs are value engineered and adhere to client specifications
- Provide technical input into electronic secruity installer / supplier sub-contract orders
- Review and comment on physical design information such as doors, hatches, bar sets etc.
About you:
- Experience and knowledge of integrated secruity systems. Access control, intruder alarm, CCTV etc.
- Water company experience ESSENTIAL Thames Water essential
- Able to use Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and temporary works requirements
- Experience with AMTECH cable calculation software
