 As Operations Manager / General Manager, you’ll enjoy autonomy, managing and motivating a team of Project / Operations Managers, and Site Crews whilst driving strategic decisions which positively influence the P&L. What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a management/leadership role overseeing a P&L.
  • Experience in developing strategic / business plans.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisation and leadership skills
  • Previous experience within events / event logistics would be an advantage.
 Other Information 
  • A basic salary of up to 65k + bonus
  • Company car or cash allowance on passing the probationary period
  • 40hrs per week – Monday to Friday (8 – 5pm)
  • Private Medical Cover
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
This position may suit a General Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Events Operations Manager, Sales and Operations Manager, or someone who worked in Events or Equipment / Hire Rental Companies
