£16.78 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver for our client based in Warrington.

Day to Day Duties

• Working rotating shifts
• Driving Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Complete trunking work and occasional collection
• Ensure all loads are maintained at the correct temperatures throughout the journey
• Address any customer concerns and promptly report them to your line manager

Essential Skills

• At least 12 months of experience as a Class 1 Driver
• Must hold a valid UK Category CE Driving Licence
• Must hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
• No more than six points for minor offences (no DR10, DG10, IN10, or TT99)
• No major endorsements
• Strong customer service skills

Desirable Experience

• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage

Training

• First-day assessment followed by two weeks of training alongside a permanent staff member
