We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales and Marketing Administrator. This role will be pivotal in managing and overseeing various marketing and sales activities, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to drive the company's brand visibility and sales performance. You will have a strong background in digital marketing, experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • External Partner Management:
    • Coordinate and oversee activities with external partners, including agencies and freelancers handling PPC, SEO, email marketing, video production, web copywriting, and email copywriting.
    • Manage relationships with the external call handling service to ensure effective communication and lead management.
  • HubSpot Management:
    • Oversee the maintenance and compliance of HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
    • Collaborate with external partners for HubSpot integrations, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Website and Content Management:
    • Coordinate website page updates, ensuring content is current and aligned with branding guidelines.
    • Work with external and internal teams to create and update marketing collateral, such as brochures, tenders, event banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Marketing Campaign Coordination:
    • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Manage requests for marketing support, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and information.
  • Sales Lead Management:
    • Coordinate sales leads activities, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with Business Development Managers (BDMs).
    • Track lead generation, conversion rates, and sales pipeline activity to support BDMs in meeting their targets.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
    • Generate regular reports on marketing and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and exhibitions, ensuring all marketing materials and logistics are handled efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales coordination role.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Experience managing external agencies and partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
