Our client is a Water Hygiene / Treatment company, who are highly thought of and have a broad range of client contracts. They are seeking a dedicated Water Hygiene Engineer who reflects their professional and forward-thinking ethos and will provide a fantastic level of service to their client base across the North West of England and the West Midlands. The role will vary according to clients' requirements, as such, a good level of previous experience within a Water Hygiene role is a must from applicants. The role will include travel across the M6 with contract the NW and West Midlands. Experience / Qualifications:
- Applicants must have proven experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer for a reputable outfit
- Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Strong client-facing experience and comfortable discussing technical matters directly
- Able to use software to complete reports
- Good literacy skills and experience
- Professional manner
The Role:
- Completing a variation of duties to ensure clients remain compliant and safe within industry guidelines
- Showerhead disinfections
- Acid descales
- Inspections, cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks
- Calorifier inspections
- TMV inspections and servicing
- Completing water sampling and temperature monitoring regimes
- Keeping up-to-date records of works completed
- Maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients
