The position is based near Manchester for and exciting consultancy practice who are growing year on year. They work in all sectors of the built environment.
The role is for a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Cost reporting
- Tender analysis
- Professional services; condition reports, dilapidations etc
- Contract administrations
- Client care
- Progress reports & programming
Senior / Associate Building Surveyor requirements for the role are:
- Minimum of 4years experience
- Both professional services and project based experience
- Autonomously running projects
- Client care experience
- MRICS chartered.
