As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our client's valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance
  • Listening and understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and resolving any issues they may have
  • Collaborating with other members of the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining a high level of service knowledge to answer customer queries accurately
  • Working closely with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues
  • Providing administrative support as required, including data entry and filing documents

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role providing high level customer support
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently

Working Requirements:

  • Part-Time- 5 days a week- 5 hours a day
  • Fully Office Based
  • Need to be flexible for weekend work
