An excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller / Turner to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent.

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience.

Location: Warrington, Cheshire WA5.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4-day week 0700 1700 Mon Wed & 0700 16:30 Thursday.

About The Role:

Are you a skilled CNC Miller with experience with Hurco machines or a Turner with experience operating Mazak machines? The company is looking for two talented individuals to join their team in the manufacturing industry. If you have a passion for precision machining and producing high-quality components, we want to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines with a strong understanding of mechanical processes.

Efficiently handle materials to assemble and fabricate components according to detailed specifications.

Interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately using basic math skills.

Utilize hand tools effectively throughout the machining process.

Operate logic controllers to monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.

Experience / Qualifications needed:

Proficiency in tooling design and operation specifically for CNC machines.

Experience with CAD software for accurate and efficient programming.

Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining machinery.

Skilled in materials handling, assembly, and fabrication techniques.

Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.

Proficiency in using hand tools for various machining tasks.

Familiarity with logic controllers to ensure smooth machine operation.
