Key Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain information for suppliers.
- Prepare folders for projects
- Update information ensuring duplicates are not created
- Work closely with the procurement team
- Open new accounts.
- Chase relevant documents.
- Apply for manufacturer guarantees
- Submit applications to local authorities
- Assist the CAD Technician in filing drawings
- Organise and maintain job folders, ensuring all required documents are saved and tracked.
- Create project schedules in Excel
- Update the systems with job details, status changes, and payment progress.
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience, ideally in construction or a similar industry.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to continue growing in the construction sector.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Confident using internal systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with data entry and file management, especially using SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- A full UK driving licence is required, as the role involves occasional travel to site locations.
