Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain information for suppliers.
  • Prepare folders for projects
  • Update information ensuring duplicates are not created
  • Work closely with the procurement team
  • Open new accounts.
  • Chase relevant documents.
  • Apply for manufacturer guarantees
  • Submit applications to local authorities
  • Assist the CAD Technician in filing drawings
  • Organise and maintain job folders, ensuring all required documents are saved and tracked.
  • Create project schedules in Excel
  • Update the systems with job details, status changes, and payment progress.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years of administration experience, ideally in construction or a similar industry.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to continue growing in the construction sector.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Confident using internal systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with data entry and file management, especially using SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • A full UK driving licence is required, as the role involves occasional travel to site locations.
