Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Warrington Salary: £45,000 + per annum ( negotiable depending on experience)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8 am until 4.30 pm + overtime

The Role:

  • Travel to various sites to ensure the project is running on time and to budget
  • Responsible for Site Managers and onsite staff
  • Able to work on projects that are in a live environment
  • Liaise with site staff and the client
  • Completing all necessary paperwork including risk analysis and method statements
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Attend site meetings to ensure commercial matters are discussed and resolved
  • Co-ordinating activities to ensure the project is delivered as planned.

Skills Experience:

  • Steelworks experience (time served)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and willingness to help where necessary
  • Able to use communication skills and work with other members of the team
  • Valid CSCS Black Card (preferred)
  • Valid SMSTS / SSSTS certification (preferred)
  • NVQ
  • Full UK Drivers Licence.
