We have x 2 Permanent vacancies for Account/Service Co-Ordinator's, this is an excellent (and progressive) opportunity to join our well-established client based in Warrington (WA3). Our client is a well-respected, highly professional building contractor covering the North of England/ West Yorkshire and growing rapidly, now is the absolute ideal time to join this company.
This is a very interesting and fulfilling role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, confident, highly organised and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
The role will involve:
Creating all paperwork relating to the project file.
Scheduling work for Contractors on 10 day work schedules.
Applying for variations to the contact as necessary.
Liaising with surveyors, clients and subcontractors.
Ensuring the contract runs to schedule.
Ordering stock and materials
Keeping a check on current stock levels
Checking invoices against orders
General Office Admin Duties
Hours of work are :
Monday to Friday 08:30am - 5pm (4pm finish on Fridays)
