Are you a Procurement Manager / Category Manager with experience in non-residential construction?

Key responsibilities include:
- Taking full commercial ownership for the non-residential construction category
- Developing and implementing appropriate procurement strategies
- Leading sourcing and tendering activities to contract award
- Managing strategic supplier relationships, undertaking performance / contract management with key suppliers
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven Procurement experience within non-residential construction sector
- Tendering and contracting experience
- Good understanding of FAC and NEC contract forms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Honed stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen
