Are you a Project Manager with experience in the Construction / Rail industry looking to progress your career into an office based, Operations Manager role where you will benefit from a hybrid structure, work closely with the company directors, and have full autonomy over your working life?
This company, established 20 years ago now have seen excellent growth, specializing in providing full turnkey solutions largely in the Rail sector. They provide a range of services including interior fit-out, as well as security solutions such as bulletproof screens, roller shutters and bomb blast glazing. Due to their continued growth and development they are looking to add a Project Manager to their tight knit team.
In this varied role you will be dealing with projects throughout the process, liaising with key clients, managing subcontractors, creating tenders. You will also be involved in supply chain management, auditing, Profit and Loss and forecasting. You will have the opportunity for hybrid working, as well as flexible working as you join a tight-knit team.
This role would suit a Project Manager or similar, looking to progress into an Operations Manager role, utilizing their experience in the Rail / Construction industry, where they will benefit from flexible working as well as long term progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Manage company policies as well as Health and Safety.
- Creating tenders and auditing.
- Supply chain management.
- Hybrid role.
The Person:
- Project Manager or similar looking to progress into Operations Manager.
- Experience in the Rail / Construction industry.
- Commutable to Warrington.
