Our client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain folder structures for multiple projects
- Oversee document control and ensure accuracy in records
- Handle timesheet and labour management efficiently
- Report directly to the Head of Contracts
- Opportunity to develop into programming/planning responsibilities
What We're Looking For:
- Confident with Excel, strong spreadsheet and data management skills
- Committed to accuracy and thoroughness
- Great attention to detail, no small detail goes unnoticed
- Resourceful, able to solve problems and think proactively
- Ambitious, eager to learn, grow, and develop a career in construction
- Construction knowledge is a plus, but an administration background, and a desire to grow and develop within the construction industry is essential
