You will also:

  • Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards
  • Ensure that the working environment is clean, tidy and safe
  • Effectively supervise a team
  • Be responsible for all aspects of your shift including, promotions, cash handling, staff training and securing the premises
  • You may be required to provide supervision for a staff catering outlets and patient services.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Experience as a Chef with a passion for food
  • Supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification - e.g. Food Hygiene Certificate
