Do you have a background in Customer Service and are you now looking for your next opportunity to work within an established company who care about their employees and offer excellent work-life balance where you can play a key part in an already established team.

The company operate across 3 sites in the UK and internationally. Their customer include a range of blue chip companies. Due to continuous growth within the business, they are now looking to expand the Customer Care team.

On offer is the chance to use your skills to support a busy customer care team, where you will be the face of the business and have a detailed understanding of customer requirements. This is a varied role where you will have a key impact on the business. This role has a hybrid working pattern.

The Role:

  • First point of contact for customers, reporting and escalating any issues, booking of collections, tracking of deliveries.
  • Hybrid working, Wednesday and Thursdays office based
  • 5 hours per week - 8hr shifts with start times between 8am to 10am (finish times latest 6:30pm) You get your rota 6 weeks in advance and due to the size of the team alterations can easily be made
  • 1 in 4/5 Saturdays - paid at 1.5x. Sundays are voluntary and would be paid at 2x. Working hours for Saturday is 9am to 1pm and Sundays 10am to 1pm
  • Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (you can opt to work these at 2x overtime) birthday off, employee recognition, long service award

The Person:

  • Proven Customer Service/call centre experience.
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Background in parcel or packaging industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
