Business Support Apprenticeship | Warrington

Are you looking to start your career in business support? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated apprentice to join our team in Warrington!

About the Business Support Apprenticeship Role:

As a Business Support Apprentice, you will work closely with our friendly and high-performing sales team, as well as providing support to other business areas such as finance, marketing, and HR. Your main duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the right person.

  • Checking and responding to emails.

  • Speaking to potential candidates about job opportunities.

  • Entering and updating sales information in our company database.

  • Assisting with keeping our database organised and accurate.

  • Supporting the sales team with various tasks to help them reach their targets.

  • Helping other departments with tasks when needed.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, well-organised, and confident in using a computer. Ideally, you should:

  • Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Be comfortable using Apple-based products (helpful but not essential).

  • Have good communication skills and enjoy speaking to people.

  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload.

  • Work well both in a team and independently when needed.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a bonus but not essential - we're more interested in your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

Location & Working Hours:

You will be based at our Warrington Head Office (Riverside Court, Chester Road, Warrington, WA4 6AR).

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Flexibility within these hours may be required.
