Client Services Specialist

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Client Services Specialist to join their team. This role is focused on implementing eCommerce and mail products, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for clients across the UK.

Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will collaborate closely with technical specialists to develop tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client onboarding, training, and system integration (WMS, API, CSV)
  • Provide on-site or remote support for label carrier production
  • Assist with hardware installation, including label printers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings
  • Serve as the main contact for clients during their initial integration period
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to optimise efficiency

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Strong IT skills with an understanding of dimensions and weights
  • Ability to build and maintain great customer relationships
  • Commercial awareness and ability to prioritize client needs
  • Good knowledge of the eCommerce industry
  • Experience with WMS/connectors like Linnworks and Despatch Cloud
  • Preferable experience with bulk systems and knowledge of Mail Mark and wholesale practices
