Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search for (4x) Customer Advisors in Warrington.

We have a great opportunity for Multiple Customer Advisors to join United Utilitie's Property Management team.

Job Purpose

In this role, you’ll work as part of the Property Management Team reviewing and working through void properties that require further investigation and action, including metering issues. This is part of a brand new project within United Utilities. It is a great oppertunity for you to devleop your customer service skills whilst learning more about the company.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service at each customer contact, regardless of source
  • Own customer contact from receipt through to resolution, ensuring promised actions are completed and the customer is kept up to date at all times. Striving for "one and done"
  • Accurately update the billing system with all relevant info in a timely manner
  • Investigate a customer query to resolution and collect the cash and/or set a payment plan
  • Adapt approach to cash collection depending on customers point in collection cycle
