- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain customer and distributer relationships
- Resolve queries and issues relating to export orders
- Responsible for producing credit notes
- Ensure that all quotations are processed according to appropriate deadlines and standards
- Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for export.
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing and production managers), including warehouse and production, to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipments using ERP system
- Experience user of ERP systems
- Experience of working in office environment
- Knowledge of SAGE
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Previous experience in customer service, export coordination, or international logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
