Job Title: Customer Service & Export Coordinator Location: Daresbury Salary: Competitive Shifts: Monday-Friday (days)Type: PermanentWe are looking for a Customer Service & Export Coordinator to join our client's world class manufacturing company.In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, processing orders, and coordinating the export of products to healthcare markets. The Role:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain customer and distributer relationships
  • Resolve queries and issues relating to export orders
  • Responsible for producing credit notes
  • Ensure that all quotations are processed according to appropriate deadlines and standards
  • Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for export.
  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing and production managers), including warehouse and production, to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipments using ERP system
The candidate:
  • Experience user of ERP systems
  • Experience of working in office environment
  • Knowledge of SAGE
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Previous experience in customer service, export coordination, or international logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
