Your new companyMy client, a leading specialist in its field having been in business for 100 years, is seeking a professional Customer Service coordinator to join their team on a 12-month maternity contract. They have advised that there is a very strong possibility that the position will be made permanent. Your new roleThe position is being offered full-time Monday to Friday with working hours of 08.30am until 17.00pm with a hybrid model in place. You will be required to work from the office 6 days per month. Joining a small and friendly team of customer service coordinators, some of your duties will include but not limited to Answering all in-coming calls from customers and clients requiring an engineerDealing with the company service inbox and keeping all email service levels at a manageable levelBooking engineer appointments Arranging route plans Providing a first-class service to internal and external customers Updating systems with comprehensive information and notesFollowing up on service received feedbackCalling and booking service reviews for all customers that are due to have their systems serviced What you'll need to succeedProven history in an office-based customer service coordinator positionPassion for going that extra mile Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to deal with all levels of management If you have knowledge of Up Tick, Cympro or Alarm Master, it would be highly advantageous.
