Role summary
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can speak with customers and provide them with a friendly customer service through their preferred channel of choice, i.e phone, web-chat, email, or written correspondence.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to prioritise your workload, react quickly and work accurately within this role.

- Contract: 6-month temporary assignment (ext and perm potential)
- Hourly pay rate: £12.77
- Training: First 7 weeks. Mon-Fri 9-5 (No annual leave during this period)
- Working hours: 4 week Rolling Rota, 2 options for shift patterns, both 37 hours per week:
Option 1 - Standard
Week 1: Mon – Fri 9-5.
Week 2: Mon – Fri 10-6 + Sat 8-4 incl. rest day
Week 3: Mon-Fri 12-8
Week 4: Mon-Fri 8-4
Option 2 – Shorter Fri & Satx2
Week 1: Mon-Thu 8-5 then Fri 8-12
Week 2: Mon – Fri 9-6 + Sat 10-2 including rest day
Week 3: Mon-Thu 9-6 then Fri 9-1
Week 4: Mon-Fri 11-8 + Sat 11-3 including rest day
