Your new companyWe are recruiting a customer service advisor to support the customer complaints/care team within a social housing provider based in the North West.Your new roleYou will support the team by completing customer satisfaction surveys, speaking to housing tenants and running through the surveys whilst on the phone and ensuring all information is inputted on the system. You will be required to work 21 hours per week, they can be flexible on what days you work, Monday-Friday, and they will be happy for someone to complete the hours between 9-7pm. You will be required to work in the office based in Birchwood 1 day per week. Therefore, you must be able to get to Birchwood. The rest of the time, you will be able to work from home. What you'll need to succeedPrevious customer service experience is required, excellent communication skills are essential, and you must have a polite telephone manner. GCSE grade C or above or equivalent in English and Maths are required.
