Role Details:

Job Title: Customer Advisor Advance - Lead Replacement Scheme

Location: Lingley Mere Business Park, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3LP

Contract: Temporary Assignment

Hourly pay rate: £13.60

Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 6pm

Recruitment process: pre-screen with Reed, CV review by United Utilities and on site interview with United Utilities.

Start Date: ASAP

Role Responsibilities:

As a Customer Advisor, your goal will be to deliver a high quality, helpful and friendly service to any one of our customers who may contact United Utilities (UU) with a request or query relating to Lead Replacement via a variety of channels i.e. phone, webchat, email, or written correspondence. We are looking for an excellent Customer Service Agent who would like to get to know the Lead Replacement Scheme, becoming an SME and providing accurate information and advice to our customers.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates high levels of attention to detail.
  • Working experience of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to deal professionally with internal and external colleagues across all levels.
  • Manage own workload and work under own initiative and to strict deadlines.
  • Understand and work within regulatory rules for handling written and telephone contacts.
  • Ability to work as a team to deliver high performance.
