We are looking for Customer Service Advisor's to join our Domestic Sales team, in our Birchwood HQ.

This is a TEMP position with an urgent start until end of March 2025

Location: Warrington, Birchwood Park - Free onsite parking.Contract: Temporary (Asap - March 2025)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (Office based)2 in 4 Saturdays, 9am - 12:30pm

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our Domestic Sales team at Certas Energy.

If you are passionate about delivering a great customer experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong sales and communication skills, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our domestic customers looking to place fuel orders.

You’ll deliver exceptional service and handle complex queries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls from domestic customers who want to place orders for fuel.
  • Asking security questions to validate customer identity.
  • Supporting vulnerable customers, ensuring their needs are met with care.
  • Addressing customer queries, such as late deliveries, and offering solutions to resolve issues.
  • Ensuring customer details and orders are accurately recorded.
  • Promoting additional products and services where relevant to meet customer needs.
